L. Lin Wood sat down for an interview on Crossroads with Joshua Philipp.

Earlier this month, the attorney told a cheering crowd in Georgia, “It’s 1776 in America again,” referring to the birth of the United States of America.

“You’re not going to take our freedom,” said Wood. “We’re going to fight for our liberty. We’re going to send that message today, and we’re going to send it all the way to Beijing, China!”

Wood is an American attorney for President Donald Trump with 43 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He believes that Trump beat Joe Biden in the 2020 US presidential election “overwhelmingly, in a landslide fashion.”

“We the People decided it was Donald J. Trump,” Wood told Philipp. “And it’s going to be because of We the People that President Trump will be inaugurated on January 20th and he will serve four more years. It’s the will of the people.”

Wood insists that those who have given up hope in Trump winning the presidency again live in “a bubble” along with the “propaganda media.”

The average American has not given up hope, according to Wood. “Those people are angry. And they’re getting angrier.”

Wood talked about the possibility of President Trump enacting Martial Law, the use of military control over normal civil functions when a country’s citizens are being overwhelmed by a hostile foreign country.

“I believe that Donald Trump finds himself in almost identical circumstances of Abraham Lincoln,” said Wood. “Abraham Lincoln was in a war and he imposed Martial Law and he saved this country.”

“It was an extraordinary act by an extraordinary man under extraordinary circumstances. I believe Donald Trump is, from a historical perspective, in the shoes right now of Abraham Lincoln.”

Wood discussed the constitutionality of Trump enacting Martial Law.

“Whether you call it Martial Law or whether you call it the Executive Order or whether you call it the executive power of the executive office of the presidency, president trump has the legal authority to uphold his oath of office to make sure that the laws of this country are faithfully executed. That’s his duty. That’s what the people elected him to do.”

According to Wood, Trump should enforce Martial Law in order to “seize the voting machines and the paper ballots in the seven swing states.” “Let’s find out what happened,” Wood said. “The people are not going to accept an election result until they know that it is honest.”

Even though the legitimacy of the election could be determined “within a matter of a few short days,” Democrats and US judges “fight us at every turn,” said Wood.

“[T]he judges, I’m afraid, so far have not had the courage to address the facts of this case,” Wood continued. “Not one judge has looked at the merits of the mountain of evidence presented to the courts about the election fraud.”

“We’re not talking about an affidavit or two,” Wood continued. “We’re talking about thousands, tens of thousands of affidavits. We’re talking about authenticated videos of fraud.”

Wood believes that this evidence is being ignored because the US has been infiltrated by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

“Why has no court looked at it? I believe that the Communist Party has infiltrated this country. I think they’ve done it over the course of the last two or three decades. Just like they’ve said they would. Just the way Communism works,” said Wood.

“I believe that we’re being infiltrated by ideology, by corruption, Chinese money. Take a look at Georgia. It’s overflowing in our state government with people connected to Chinese money. Or even by blackmail.”

Wood said, “These are tactics of the Communist Party in China. So they are in effect, I believe, almost in control of people that are running our country.”

The litigator believes that Chinese actors have infiltrated even the White House. “I believe the president of the united stated is struggling to find out who in his own staff he can trust,” Wood lamented.

“But I believe the old adage of Ted Turner: Lead, follow, or get out of the way.”

If given the opportunity to advise President Trump, Wood said “I’d tell [the president] to look over at his staff and say ‘You’re not the leaders. I’m the leader. Follow me or get out of the way.”

The Trump administration published a list of Chinese companies with "alleged military ties that restrict them from buying a wide range of U.S. goods and technology," according to Newsmax.

Reuters had first reported the U.S. Department of Commerce compiled the list of companies liked to the Chinese and Russian military.

"Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute, which designs COMAC planes, and Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co, which manufactures COMAC planes, are on the list," says Reuters.

"The final list names 103 entities, 14 fewer than on the draft list seen by Reuters in November. Fifty-eight are designated under China, down from 89, and 45 entities are tied to Russia, up from 28."
