Dems would consider ‘Rigged & Stolen’ election ‘an act of war’—Trump

President Donald J. Trump says Democrat senators would “fight to the death” if the tables were turned.
Trump criticized both Democrats and Republicans.
“If a Democrat Presidential Candidate had an Election Rigged & Stolen, with proof of such acts at a level never seen before, the Democrat Senators would consider it an act of war, and fight to the death. Mitch & the Republicans do NOTHING, just want to let it pass. NO FIGHT!” the President tweeted.
Calling the evidence of fraud “overwhelming,” Trump blasted the FBI and the Justice Department for failing to act.
“The “Justice” Department and the FBI have done nothing about the 2020 Presidential Election Voter Fraud, the biggest SCAM in our nation’s history, despite overwhelming evidence. They should be ashamed. History will remember. Never give up. See everyone in D.C. on January 6th,” he said in another tweet.
On Jan. 6 the US Congress will meet for a joint session to count the Electoral College votes, presenting an opportunity for members of Congress to object to the county and opening a path for Trump to win the presidency.
Many representatives and senators have expressed a desire to object during the Jan. 6 meeting.
The 1973 War Powers Act defines what an act of war is.
John Mcardle, Producer and Host of C-Span, points out that “the constitutional powers of the President as Commander in Chief to introduce the United States Armed Forces into hostilities are exercised only pursuant to a: Declaration of war, specific statutory authority, or a national emergency created by an attack upon the United States, its territories, or its possessions, or its armed forces,” One America News reports.
